Develop Customer Experience Strategy:

Formulate and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with company objectives, focusing on key areas for improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer experience team, promoting a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.

Customer Feedback Analysis:

Design and implement robust systems to gather and analyze customer feedback. Use insights from this data to make strategic decisions that enhance customer experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, regularly assessing and auditing the customer experience across all company locations to ensure consistent service excellence.

Qualifications:

Nationality:

Open to European nationals.

Age:

40 years old and below.

Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in the industry, with 3-4 years at a Director level in the F&B industry (restaurant sector).

Experience in the GCC region in the same industry is advantageous.

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills.

Proven track record of leadership and effective team management.
