Job Description

frontline customer engagement The Customer Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact for visitors at the Mall of the Emirates, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and welcoming experience. You will assist visitors, handle inquiries, and provide guidance to enhance customer satisfaction.

service coordination and operational support You will oversee daily customer service operations, coordinating with mall staff and departments to address requests efficiently. Your role ensures smooth service delivery and enhances the overall shopping experience for all visitors.

communication and problem resolution This role requires excellent communication skills to respond to queries and resolve complaints effectively. You will provide accurate information, maintain professionalism, and ensure issues are addressed promptly to maintain a positive mall experience.

reporting and documentation You will document all customer interactions, incidents, and requests accurately, generating reports to identify trends and highlight areas for service improvement. Your insights will help management make informed decisions to enhance service quality.
