Job Description
Guest Experience Coordination – As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for mall guests, ensuring every visitor receives prompt assistance, accurate information, and a welcoming experience the moment they arrive.
Frontline Service Delivery – You will handle customer queries, provide directions, support mall campaigns, and resolve concerns with professionalism, ensuring that service standards match the luxury environment of the Mall of the Emirates.
Issue Resolution Support – This role requires addressing guest complaints, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain a smooth, customer-focused service environment.
Operational Desk Management – You will be responsible for managing customer service counters, maintaining records, preparing daily logs, and ensuring all communication tools, brochures, and resources are well-stocked and updated.
Mall Coordination and Liaison – You will collaborate with retail tenants, security teams, housekeeping, and facility management to relay customer feedback and ensure swift responses to operational issues affecting guest satisfaction.
Reporting and Administrative Tasks – This position includes generating service reports, maintaining MS Office-based records, and supporting management with structured updates that help improve overall customer experience strategies.
