Customer Service Clerk

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Clerks to join our team immediately. This role is perfect for both experienced professionals and motivated freshers who are eager to build a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone, email, and in person

Process customer requests and maintain accurate records

Manage and update customer information in the database

Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry

Support the team with various clerical duties

Maintain organized documentation and filing systems

Assist with report generation and data analysis using Excel

Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution

Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong command of English (written and verbal)

Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service (advantage but not mandatory)

Experience in calling/telemarketing (advantage but not mandatory)

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
