Role Overview: We are hiring Customer Service Associates to join a prestigious aviation company based in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in customer-facing roles, including front desk operations, administrative support, or call center environments. The selected individuals will play a key role in enhancing customer experience across various aviation touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities: The role involves providing professional and courteous support to passengers, visitors, and clients. You will manage customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate communication of travel and service-related information. This is a customer-centric role that requires patience, empathy, and efficient problem-solving.
Service Coordination: You will work closely with airport ground staff, admin teams, and service agents to ensure seamless assistance to clients and passengers. This includes handling bookings, coordinating check-ins, managing schedules, and resolving any service-related concerns promptly.
Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication and a professional demeanor are key to succeeding in this role. You will represent the company at high-traffic service desks and counters, so well-groomed presentation, clear speech, and friendly interaction will be essential in delivering a superior experience.
Tools & Reporting: Candidates should be comfortable using standard computer systems including email, CRM tools, and office applications for reporting and record keeping. You will also be expected to handle feedback, log incidents, and share insights with supervisors to help improve service processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or front desk roles. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and be able to remain calm under pressure. Experience in aviation, travel, or hospitality sectors is a plus, but not mandatory.
