Role Overview

We are seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and professionals with early career experience in customer service.

Language Requirements

Must be fluent in at least one of the following languages:

English

Hindi

Russian

Arabic

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions through multiple communication channels

Process customer requests and maintain accurate records

Follow up on customer issues until resolution

Maintain high standards of customer service

Document customer interactions in the CRM system

Meet service quality standards and targets

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

0-2 years of customer service experience

Fluency in at least one required language

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer proficiency

Problem-solving abilities

Valid UAE work visa/eligibility to work in UAE

Desired Skills

Experience in UAE customer service

Knowledge of multiple languages

Familiarity with CRM systems

Previous experience in similar industry
