Job Description / Role

As a Customer Service Associate at Parker Connect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing high volumes of incoming calls, identifying and addressing customer needs, and generating sales leads. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and ensure that their needs are met promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Large Volumes of Incoming Calls: Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly.

Generate Sales Leads: Identify opportunities to generate sales leads through customer interactions.

Customer Needs Assessment: Accurately identify and assess the needs of customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Build Sustainable Relationships: Establish and maintain trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Provide Accurate Information: Deliver precise, valid, and complete information by utilizing the appropriate tools and methods.

Meet Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets and manage call handling quotas.

Handle Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Record Keeping: Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation efficiently.

Adhere to Communication Guidelines: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies consistently.

Engage Customers: Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive service experience.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Proficient in using customer service tools and software.

Attributes: A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Salary:

Range: USD 700 to 900 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
