About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents on a temporary basis. The ideal candidates will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and possess strong communication skills in English or Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and requests through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)

Process customer orders and provide order status updates

Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

Meet designated performance metrics and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Fluency in English or Arabic (bilingual capabilities are a plus)

Previous customer service experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent
