Position Overview
We are seeking a UAE National to join our client's customer service team as a Customer Service Agent. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with call center experience to contribute to a dynamic customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently
Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
Document and update customer interaction records in the company's system
Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Maintain service quality standards and meet performance metrics
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Required Qualifications
Must be a UAE National
Minimum 1 year experience in call center or customer service role
Strong command of Arabic and English (written and verbal)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Computer literacy and ability to work with customer service software
Patient and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling multiple customer service channels
Knowledge of CRM systems
Understanding of customer service best practices
Previous experience in similar industry
