Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer support in Arabic and English

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests

Maintain high-quality communication standards

Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Document customer interactions accurately

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year customer service experience

Fluent Arabic speaker

Proficient English communication skills (B2 level)

Strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
