About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Retention Agents to join our client's dynamic call center team in Dubai. This critical position plays a vital role in maintaining customer loyalty and reducing attrition through exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Retention Specialist, you will engage with customers to understand their concerns, address service issues, and implement effective retention strategies. Your primary focus will be preserving customer relationships while meeting performance targets.
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in customer retention or account management roles. Prior experience in UAE call centers will be considered an advantage.
Essential Skills:
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication abilities, active listening skills, and the capacity to handle difficult conversations professionally. Problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence are crucial for this customer-facing role.
Technical Competencies:
Proficiency in CRM systems and call center technology is required. Familiarity with customer retention strategies and loyalty programs will be highly valued.
