Yo Telecom, a progressive and forward-thinking company, is seeking a Customer Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. As we embark on a journey of growth with the opening of a new office in 2024, we are looking for individuals who are eager to build a successful career while embracing a culture of fun and engagement beyond the ordinary day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the onboarding journey for new Yo Telecom customers, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Maintain proactive communication with customers, colleagues, and external suppliers throughout the onboarding process.

Place orders for equipment required at customer sites, ensuring timely delivery for installation or maintenance engineer visits.

Adhere to company Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by efficiently handling customer deliveries, completing tickets on the Salesforce CRM system, and promptly responding to inbound calls and emails.

Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and conducting courtesy calls to ensure satisfaction with telephone and broadband setups.

Offer technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and fault finding on phone and broadband systems.

Continuously develop knowledge about various technologies to better assist customers and address their needs.

Approach challenges with optimism, actively seeking solutions to problems that may arise during the onboarding process.

Collaborate effectively within a wider team environment and actively participate in Yo Telecom's company culture.

Salary:

AED 4,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and administration. Knowledge of the telecoms industry or previous experience in technical support is advantageous.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Proactive and responsive work ethic, with a genuine passion for serving people and driving business success.

Strong creative thinking skills combined with problem-solving abilities.
