The Bridge Wellness Hub is seeking a passionate Customer Experience Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our holistic well-being mission.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support across all touchpoints

Deliver outstanding customer service in a wellness and fitness environment

Manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback efficiently

Demonstrate excellent phone and in-person communication etiquette

Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively

Contribute to creating a positive, welcoming customer experience

Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs

Support team members in maintaining high service standards

Qualifications & Required Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to resolve customer complaints professionally

Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills a plus)

Excellent verbal and written communication

High level of attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service roles

Background in wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Basic understanding of wellness and fitness concepts
