Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and dynamic Customer Experience Agent to serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional visitor and customer support in our Abu Dhabi office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-point professional and friendly reception services

Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism

Manage visitor log-in processes and guide guests to appropriate locations

Provide accurate information and comprehensive support

Monitor and promptly respond to general information email inquiries

Coordinate and manage room bookings for meetings

Prepare and organize meeting spaces

Collect and document visitor feedback

Support administrative tasks related to visitor management

Maintain organized and accurate visitor records

Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

3-5 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles

Bilingual language proficiency

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Professional demeanor

Excellent verbal and written communication

Proficiency in MS Office
