About the Role:

A leading UAE banking institution is seeking Customer Service Associates to join their dynamic contact center team. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to develop financial service expertise while delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Service Delivery Responsibilities:

The Associate will handle inbound customer inquiries regarding banking products, account services, and transaction support. Your role requires resolving customer concerns efficiently while adhering to strict banking protocols and maintaining the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal applicants possess 1-2 years of contact center experience, preferably in banking or financial services. We value professionals who combine strong problem-solving abilities with natural empathy to navigate customer interactions effectively.

Technical Requirements:

The position demands proficiency in customer relationship management systems and the ability to multitask between multiple banking platforms. Successful candidates will demonstrate quick learning abilities during our comprehensive training program on banking products and service procedures.

Work Schedule:

This role requires full flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support our 24/7 banking operations. Your adaptability will be essential in meeting fluctuating customer service demands.
