Position Overview
We are seeking bilingual (Arabic/English) Customer Care Representative Interns to join our dynamic team at our Marina, Dubai location. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain valuable experience in customer service within the retail sector.
Internship Details
Duration: 3 months
Location: Marina, Dubai, UAE
Schedule: Rotational shifts
Type: Full-time internship
Start Date: Immediate joining required
Key Requirements
Must be a native Arabic speaker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
Minimum one year of customer service experience
Valid UAE visa is mandatory
Must be currently located in UAE
Ability to start immediately
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Strong problem-solving abilities
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels
Process customer requests and complaints efficiently
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Follow up on customer issues until resolution
Support the customer service team in daily operations
Assist in maintaining customer service quality standards
Participate in training and development activities
