About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive specializing in Facilities Management to join our team in Dubai. As the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, you will handle facilities management inquiries and provide exceptional support to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all facilities management-related inquiries from clients and internal teams
Manage and track customer service requests through appropriate helpdesk systems
Coordinate with facilities management teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Document and maintain accurate records of all inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with provided solutions
Generate regular reports on customer service metrics and facilities management issues
Identify and escalate urgent facilities management matters to appropriate teams
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in a help desk or customer service role
Experience in facilities management industry preferred
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite
Knowledge of helpdesk software and customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with facilities management software systems
Knowledge of UAE building maintenance and facilities management standards
Arabic language skills
Previous experience working in the UAE real estate or property management sector
