Job Description:
As a Customer Care Executive for our Facilities Management (FM) division, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and internal teams regarding FM-related inquiries and issues. You will provide exceptional support to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming inquiries and requests from clients and internal teams in a timely and professional manner
Log, prioritize, and track customer issues to ensure they are addressed efficiently
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate the resolution of customer concerns
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
Provide regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and KPIs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or associate degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in a help desk or customer service role, preferably within the facilities management industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in using customer service and ticketing software
Knowledge of facilities management processes and best practices is an advantage
