About the Role
We are seeking experienced CRM Trainers to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive CRM training programs to ensure effective system adoption and utilization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain CRM training materials, including user guides, quick reference materials, and e-learning content
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse groups of users, from new hires to experienced staff
Assess training needs and create customized training plans for different departments and user groups
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and user feedback
Provide post-training support and coaching to ensure successful CRM adoption
Stay current with CRM system updates and communicate new features to end users
Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand system modifications and their impact on training needs
Document best practices and maintain training documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Education, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM training or similar role
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and business processes
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
Proven track record of developing effective training materials
Experience in adult learning methodologies and instructional design
Preferred Qualifications
Arabic language proficiency
Certification in relevant CRM platforms
Experience with e-learning development tools
Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region
Training certification (CTT+, CPLP, or similar)
