About the Role:

Al Waha Cars is seeking an experienced CRM & Operations professional to join our dynamic automotive team immediately. This critical role requires a detail-oriented specialist with proven expertise in customer relationship management systems and operational workflows within Qatar's automotive sector.

Core Responsibilities:

The CRM & Operations Specialist will manage our customer database, optimize CRM utilization, and streamline operational processes to enhance service delivery. Your primary focus will be maintaining accurate customer records, monitoring service interactions, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, service, and customer support teams.

Technical Requirements:

Candidates must demonstrate at least two years of hands-on experience with automotive CRM platforms in Qatar, with specific expertise in customer data management, workflow automation, and reporting functionalities. Proficiency in industry-specific software and Microsoft Office applications is mandatory.

Operational Excellence:

You will be responsible for generating performance reports, identifying customer service trends, and implementing process improvements. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in managing customer communications, service appointments, and follow-up protocols.

Industry Experience:

This position demands comprehensive knowledge of Qatar's automotive market dynamics and customer service expectations. Prior experience with luxury or premium vehicle brands will be considered a significant advantage.
