Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager to develop and execute customer relationship management and loyalty strategies across our portfolio of F&B and hospitality brands. The ideal candidate will drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven loyalty programs and personalized marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize customer loyalty programs across multiple F&B and hospitality venues

Analyze customer data to identify trends, segments, and opportunities for personalized marketing campaigns

Develop and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regional regulations

Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and repeat visits

Monitor and report on key performance metrics including customer retention, loyalty program engagement, and ROI

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM and loyalty initiatives

Train staff on CRM systems and loyalty program features to ensure consistent customer experience

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners

Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management on program performance and customer insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM and loyalty program management, with at least 3 years in the GCC region

Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing loyalty programs in F&B or hospitality sector

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting

Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools

Excellence in both written and verbal English communication

Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management

Strong understanding of GCC market dynamics and consumer behavior

Preferred Qualifications

Arabic language proficiency

Experience with multiple F&B or hospitality brands

Knowledge of POS systems and integration with loyalty platforms

Digital marketing certification or relevant professional qualifications

Experience with customer feedback management and satisfaction metrics
