Job Description

CRM Coordinator: The CRM Coordinator will serve as the link between customers, the marketing team, and the sales department to ensure smooth communication and effective client management. You will oversee CRM database accuracy, ensure all customer touchpoints are efficiently tracked, and design campaigns that enhance customer engagement and retention. This role demands exceptional analytical ability to interpret data, optimize CRM workflows, and report actionable insights to management for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: You will monitor customer interactions, identify patterns in buying behavior, and propose strategic initiatives to improve overall satisfaction. You’ll also coordinate with different departments to ensure CRM goals align with business objectives while maintaining up-to-date client profiles and communication logs.

Customer Relationship Enhancement: The CRM Coordinator must proactively identify and resolve potential customer issues, ensuring every client interaction strengthens trust in the brand. You will take ownership of follow-ups, service recovery, and personalized communication.

Data Analysis & Insights: This role involves regular performance tracking of CRM campaigns and analyzing customer engagement reports. The coordinator will make data-driven recommendations to enhance lead conversion and repeat purchases.

Technology & System Management: You will be responsible for maintaining CRM software efficiency, troubleshooting data sync issues, and collaborating with IT to ensure smooth integration with sales systems.

Communication & Coordination: Regular communication with management and front-line teams will be crucial to ensure customer insights are acted upon promptly. Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional teamwork are essential.
