About the Role:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented CRM Assistant to support our client's call center operations in Dubai. This position plays a vital role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring smooth CRM system operations for a leading customer service organization.

Key Responsibilities:

The CRM Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, updating contact information, and supporting the customer service team with data management tasks. You will assist in generating reports, analyzing customer interactions, and ensuring all client information is properly documented in the system.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1-2 years experience in CRM administration or data management, preferably within a call center environment. A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field is preferred. Familiarity with popular CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho will be considered an advantage.

Required Skills:

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The role requires good communication skills in English, with Arabic language skills being a beneficial addition. Basic analytical skills for interpreting customer data are essential for this position.
