Job Description

Food Preparation Duties  The Crew Member will be responsible for preparing food items such as pizza, fried chicken, burgers, and wraps according to standard recipes and approved cooking procedures. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to brand quality standards during all stages of food preparation.

Service Speed and Accuracy  The position involves working efficiently during peak service hours to ensure timely food preparation and order completion. The Crew Member will follow preparation timelines and service workflows to maintain speed, consistency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Hygiene and Food Safety  Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety is a core responsibility of this role. The Crew Member will ensure cleanliness of kitchen and service areas, proper food handling, and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Operational Discipline The role requires punctuality, discipline, and respect for supervisors, standard operating procedures, and team members. The Crew Member is expected to follow instructions accurately and contribute positively to a structured and professional workplace.

Customer Interaction Support  In addition to kitchen duties, the Crew Member may assist with counter service, order taking, packing, and guest handover. Polite and professional interaction with customers is essential to deliver a positive brand experience.

Teamwork and Flexibility  The Crew Member will work closely with team members to support smooth daily operations. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility during busy periods are essential to maintaining efficient service and teamwork.
