Some roles ask you to manage something that already exists. This one asks you to create something from nothing. COREcruitment is looking for a Country Manager to launch and build a fitness and wellness brand in the Netherlands, starting with the first studio in Amsterdam. This is not a desk job in a corporate office. It is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who is comfortable being the only person in the country for the first few months, rolling up their sleeves, and doing whatever it takes to open excellent locations.

You will be responsible for creating the Dutch market from zero. That means finding and negotiating locations, understanding the retail lease landscape in Amsterdam and other major cities, hiring and training the first instructors, and opening the first studios. You will own the P&L for the Netherlands and have full accountability for the success of the launch. You will also be the face of the brand on the ground, building relationships with landlords, suppliers, and local partners while establishing the operational foundations that will support future growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of opening physical locations in the Netherlands, with a strong understanding of the retail lease market in Amsterdam and other major cities. You are hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working independently. You are fluent in Dutch and English, and you have experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or food chain rollouts. Most importantly, you are the kind of person who does not wait for instructions and thrives when given the freedom to figure things out. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Amsterdam, with a start date as soon as possible.

Salary:
 €80,000 – €100,000 per year
