Job Overview:

A2ML Recruiting is seeking an experienced and strategic Country Manager to oversee operations for a liner shipping agency of a multinational shipping company in Dubai. This role requires extensive experience in the shipping industry, with a strong background in supply chain and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the liner shipping agency.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
