Job Description

Michael Page is recruiting a visionary Country Manager to launch and scale an innovative beverage brand across the UAE. This pivotal leadership role combines startup agility with FMCG expertise to establish market dominance in a competitive sector.

Market Entry Strategy

You will architect and execute the complete go-to-market plan, from route-to-market selection to channel prioritization. Your deep UAE FMCG experience will identify the optimal mix of HORECA, retail, and e-commerce penetration strategies.

Sales Leadership

Driving a high-performance team, you’ll set ambitious yet achievable targets for distributor networks and direct sales forces. Your coaching will instill best practices in merchandising, outlet coverage, and promotional execution.

P&L Ownership

With complete accountability for UAE operations, you’ll optimize costs while aggressively pursuing revenue growth. Your financial acumen will balance trade spend effectiveness with margin preservation.

Distribution Innovation

The role demands expertise in both traditional and modern trade channels. You’ll pioneer innovative distribution models to maximize product availability from hypermarkets to boutique cafes.

Brand Building

Collaborating with marketing, you’ll ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints. Your market insights will shape locally relevant activations that drive trial and loyalty.

Team Development

Building the UAE organization from the ground up, you’ll recruit, train, and inspire a cross-functional team. Your leadership will create a culture of entrepreneurial ownership and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

We require:

  • 10+ years UAE FMCG sales leadership
  • Beverage category experience preferred
  • Startup/scale-up mentality
  • Arabic language skills advantageous
  • Immediate availability
