Role Summary: Al Fuad Exchange is currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Counter Staff professional to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing financial services, managing customer transactions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Customer Service Excellence: As a Counter Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role involves assisting clients with currency exchange, remittance services, and various financial transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Providing courteous and efficient service will be key to building strong customer relationships and enhancing the company’s reputation for reliability and trust.
Operational Responsibilities: You will be responsible for executing daily counter operations, which include verifying customer documents, processing cash transactions, issuing receipts, and reconciling daily records. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial in ensuring all operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Maintaining organized and up-to-date transaction logs will be part of your daily routine.
Financial Transactions and Compliance: In this position, you will ensure that all money transfer and exchange services adhere to UAE Central Bank and company compliance policies. You’ll monitor cash flow, detect irregularities, and report any suspicious activity as part of the company’s anti-money laundering measures. Your integrity and compliance awareness will contribute to maintaining a safe financial environment.
Communication and Coordination: This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will interact daily with both customers and colleagues. You’ll need to handle inquiries effectively, resolve issues professionally, and coordinate with internal departments when necessary. The ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure will be vital for success in a fast-paced setting.
