About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to join our prestigious hospitality group. The ideal candidate will lead corporate sales initiatives, develop key accounts, and drive revenue growth through corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients

Lead corporate contract negotiations and pricing strategies

Manage and mentor the corporate sales team

Create and present sales proposals to corporate clients

Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Track and report on sales performance metrics

Collaborate with Revenue Management team to optimize pricing

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Develop annual sales plans and forecasts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality sales

Proven track record in corporate sales

Strong understanding of the hospitality industry

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Strategic thinking and planning abilities

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in sales management systems

Advanced MS Office skills

Client relationship management expertise
