Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attracting Top Talent: Identify and engage with top talent for various roles within the organization, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Managing the End-to-End Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Utilizing Innovative Recruitment Strategies and Tools: Implement and leverage the latest recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies to attract and retain the best talent.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency or consultancy environment.
Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and placement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
