Job Description
Financial Planning and Strategy: As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the organization’s long-term business objectives. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure the company’s growth is supported by accurate and strategic financial planning.
Investment and Capital Management: The role requires you to assess investment opportunities, analyze risk factors, and manage capital structure effectively. You will ensure that the company maintains healthy liquidity and makes well-informed investment decisions to achieve sustainable profitability and expansion.
Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: The position demands strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards. You will ensure the company complies with UAE financial laws and international accounting principles while producing accurate financial statements and reports for stakeholders, auditors, and management teams.

Team Leadership and Development: You will lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
