Job Description

Brothers Gas Bottling and Distribution Co LLC is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Dubai. This role involves interacting with both existing and potential customers, providing them with product information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or customer service, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Serve as a point of contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.

Engage in cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for new business.

Address and resolve customer satisfaction issues as needed.

Product Knowledge & Solutions:

Learn the details of the company's product and service offerings.

Address customer inquiries and issues, offering solutions based on client needs and capabilities.

Direct prospects and leads to the sales team and maintain an updated customer database.

Sales & Market Growth:

Work towards meeting sales quotas by selling industrial gas and other services.

Grow the company’s market share with new clientele, including Facility Management Companies and end-users.

Prepare proposals, sales reports, and maintain regular communication with management.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

Follow up on quotes to close orders and achieve sales targets.

Conduct regular meetings and visits to customers to explore new business opportunities.

Manage product sales and customer service, ensuring high standards of service.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience:

Fresh graduate or holder of any Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical).

Experience in sales or customer service within commercial sectors or industries is preferred.

Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration is advantageous.

Skills:

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and needs.

Ability to prepare and present proposals effectively.

A UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
