We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Controller/Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs and preparing accurate estimates for construction projects.

 Responsibilities:

-Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather relevant data and information for cost estimation.

- Develop and maintain cost databases and templates to streamline the estimation process and ensure consistency and accuracy.

- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to identify cost overruns or deviations from budgeted costs.

- Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts to track project expenses and provide insights for decision-making.

- Evaluate bids and proposals from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitiveness and adherence to project requirements.

- Conduct cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks and optimize project profitability.

- Assist in developing cost control strategies and implementing cost-saving measures to improve project efficiency and profitability.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to cost estimation and project management.

Requirements:

Cost Controller - Estimation Engineer - 5 Years of Construction experience (Salary 6K - 10)

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in cost estimation and control for construction projects.

Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools, such as RSMeans, CostX, or similar programs.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

Familiarity with construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards.

Certification in project management or cost engineering is a plus.
