Job Overview:
Seeking experienced Contracts and Commercial Manager for infrastructure projects in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial and contracts team
Develop and negotiate contracts
Manage strategic commercial matters
Handle claims, variations, and contract extensions
Oversee procurement processes
Monitor project budgets and financial performance
Prepare project valuations and reports
Resolve contractual issues
Ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
MMUP/UPDA certification
12 years contracts/commercial management experience
5+ years in Qatar infrastructure projects
FIDIC contract expertise
Strong understanding of Qatar construction regulations
Preferred Skills:
Commercial management certification
Advanced contract negotiation skills
Proficiency in commercial software
Analytical problem-solving abilities
