Job Description:

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Contract Manager (Arabic Speaking). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management within the Oil & Gas industry, with fluency in Arabic. This role involves overseeing contract activities, negotiations, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop contract strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Conduct contract risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize contractual risks.

Monitor contract performance and compliance to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.

Facilitate contract change management processes, including variations and amendments.

Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters, including claims and disputes resolution.

Liaise with external legal counsel as needed to address contractual issues and disputes.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Prepare and present contract-related reports and updates to senior management as required.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in contract management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 10-20 years of experience in contract management within the Oil & Gas industry.

Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with proficiency in English.

Strong knowledge of contract laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in contract risk assessment and mitigation.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and contract management software.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
