Job Description:

Fast Link on Demand Labors Supply Services is seeking an experienced and skilled Contract Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract negotiation, administration, and compliance. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Contract Drafting and Review:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks in contract terms and conditions.

Propose and implement strategies to minimize contractual risks.

Contract Administration:

Maintain an organized system for contract management, ensuring all documentation is complete and easily accessible.

Handle contract modifications, extensions, renewals, and terminations as necessary.

Compliance and Budget Management:

Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Manage contract budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.

Implement dispute resolution procedures to minimize conflicts and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Internal Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, such as project management and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of various types of contracts, including construction projects, AMC contracts, and other agreements. The role requires effective communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage risks, and a strong focus on operational efficiency and financial performance. A background in financial management and a deep understanding of contract law and industry standards are essential for success in this position.
