Core Responsibilities:

Contract Development and Management:

The Contract Management Specialist will serve as the primary architect of contract lifecycle management, ensuring that every document meets the highest standards of legal precision and organizational integrity. This involves a comprehensive approach to drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts that protect the bank's interests while maintaining transparent and compliant relationships with vendors and partners.

Specific Duties Include:

Meticulously draft, review, and revise contracts with acute attention to detail

Ensure absolute alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards

Develop robust contract templates that streamline organizational processes

Conduct thorough contract risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies

Compliance and Governance:

Maintain rigorous oversight of contract compliance across all organizational departments

Implement and monitor contract performance tracking mechanisms

Develop comprehensive reporting systems that provide clear insights into contract status and performance metrics

Ensure strict adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements

Financial and Administrative Functions:

Manage vendor invoice payment processes with precision and timeliness

Assist in budget forecasting and detailed cost analysis related to contract commitments

Maintain organized and accessible contract documentation systems

Provide strategic financial insights through detailed contract performance analysis

Interdepartmental Coordination:

Act as a central point of communication for contract-related inquiries

Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational departments

Facilitate smooth contract negotiations and amendments

Provide expert guidance on contractual matters to internal stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of specialized experience in contract management within the UAE banking sector

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Advanced understanding of UAE banking regulations and contract law

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
