Seeking Continental Cuisine Cook for our company Abela and Co

Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of continental dishes, including pasta, grilled meats, and salads, following recipes and specifications.

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food items.

Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate cooking times and maintain efficient workflow.

Keep workstations clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist in menu development and recipe testing as needed.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the chef or kitchen manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience cooking continental cuisine preferred.

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods used in continental cuisine.

Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
