Job Description

Creative Video Production: As a Content Creator, your primary responsibility will be producing high-quality video content that aligns with the company’s brand identity. You will be tasked with shooting, editing, and enhancing videos for various platforms, ensuring that each piece of content is visually engaging and tailored to the preferences of the audience. This role requires someone with an eye for detail, technical expertise, and the ability to transform creative ideas into impactful visual stories.

Social Media Graphics & Visuals: Beyond videos, you will also be responsible for creating compelling graphics, digital posters, and reels that can catch attention instantly. Your designs should be aligned with current social media trends and reflect a modern, fresh, and innovative approach. The goal is to strengthen brand recognition across platforms through consistent, creative, and visually appealing graphics.

Copywriting & Content Strategy: Writing engaging copy will be an essential part of your role. You will create captions, taglines, and creative text that complement visual content and drive engagement. Your writing should be crisp, professional, and persuasive, while also being tailored to resonate with different audience segments. A knack for storytelling will be highly valued in this position.

Trend Awareness & Engagement: A successful Content Creator must stay updated with the latest digital and social media trends. You will be expected to identify opportunities to create viral content, engage with trending topics, and adapt creative strategies accordingly. This involves continuously monitoring industry shifts, competitor content, and audience behavior to ensure the brand maintains relevance and achieves maximum reach.

Independence & Creativity: This role requires someone who can take initiative and work with minimal supervision. You will have the freedom to experiment with fresh ideas, pitch innovative campaigns, and create content strategies that align with business goals. Your ability to think outside the box while also meeting deadlines will be key to success in this position.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment: While independence is crucial, you will also collaborate with team members to ensure that all content aligns with the overall marketing strategy. From brainstorming sessions to campaign execution, your input will play a vital role in strengthening the company’s image and customer engagement across Abu Dhabi and beyond.
