Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Contact Center Supervisor who is fluent in Arabic to lead and manage our customer service team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service delivery while developing and motivating team members to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives
• Monitor call quality and maintain service level standards
• Coach and train team members to enhance performance
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex situations
• Generate and analyze performance reports
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
• Manage staff scheduling and attendance

Requirements:

• Native/fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of contact center experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience with contact center systems and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
