Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Agent to join our client's dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer and merchant service in a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer and merchant calls with professionalism and efficiency

Provide high-quality service support across various communication channels

Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

Adhere to service quality standards and performance metrics

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in call center or customer service roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Customer-centric approach with a commitment to service excellence
