Duties & Responsibilities:

Global Career Heights Human Resources and Management Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contact Center Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping clients.

Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

Answer or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, providing possible solutions and ensuring clients feel supported and valued.

Active Listening:

Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information as needed.

Diffuse angry clients and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.

Relationship Building:

Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

Foster a positive and supportive environment within the team to enhance client satisfaction.

Customer Support:

Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Problem Resolution:

Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

3 - 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
