Job Description

Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Contact Center Associates to join a leading bank in the UAE. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong communication skills and previous contact center experience to work in a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

Provide exceptional customer service and support for banking products and services

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach

Process customer requests and transactions according to bank procedures

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Meet quality assurance standards and performance metrics

Follow banking compliance and security protocols

Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Support cross-selling initiatives when appropriate

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in:

Contact Center

Call Center

Telemarketing

Customer Service

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Basic computer proficiency

Understanding of customer service principles

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills

Banking sector experience is preferred but not mandatory

Patience and empathy in customer interactions

Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
