Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Consulting:

Collaborate with clients to design and execute business strategies that enhance competitiveness and market positioning.

Conduct comprehensive market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans.

Assist clients in navigating industry disruptions and driving organizational change.

Human Capital Consulting:

Develop talent management strategies that optimize workforce performance and foster leadership development.

Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation.

Provide insights and solutions on employee engagement, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on strategic matters.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients' needs.

Present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to senior client stakeholders.

Project Management:

Manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Oversee project resources, timelines, and budgets, and mitigate risks as needed.

Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.

Experience:

Proven experience in consulting, with a focus on technology, strategy, or human capital.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects across various industries.

Experience in client-facing roles, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Skills:
