About the Opportunity:

SSMC is seeking a highly qualified Tier 1 Consultant Dermatologist to lead our dermatology services. This senior clinical position offers the opportunity to deliver expert care in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology within our state-of-the-art tertiary care facility.

Clinical Leadership:

The Consultant Dermatologist will provide comprehensive dermatological care, including complex case management of inflammatory, autoimmune, and neoplastic skin disorders. Your responsibilities will encompass performing dermatologic procedures, leading clinical research initiatives, and mentoring junior medical staff.

Academic Requirements:

Candidates must hold an MD or MBBS with specialization in Dermatology from a recognized institution, complemented by board certification (American Board, FRCP, or equivalent). Additional fellowship training in dermatologic subspecialties will be considered advantageous.

Professional Experience:

This senior role requires minimum 10 years post-specialization experience, with demonstrated expertise in advanced dermatologic therapies and procedural dermatology. Applicants must possess active Tier 1 DHA/HAAD licensure and a proven track record in academic medicine.

Service Development:

The position involves active participation in departmental strategic planning, quality improvement initiatives, and the development of specialized dermatology services. Your clinical expertise will contribute to establishing SSMC as a regional referral center for complex dermatologic conditions.
