In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing all construction activities on site, ensuring that execution is carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards. You will coordinate contractors and subcontractors, drive site progress, and work closely with project teams to ensure all deliverables are met within agreed timelines. Your leadership will be critical in enforcing HSE compliance and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the construction phase. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, which is a mandatory requirement for this role, and brings a minimum of ten to fifteen years of relevant construction management experience, with prior Oil and Gas industry experience being equally mandatory. You have demonstrated expertise in managing construction activities, site execution, contractor coordination, and end-to-end project delivery. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and project schedules. Candidates must hold a valid QID and be available to join immediately.
