Role Overview – Builtway Construction LLC is hiring a Construction Manager – Main Contractor for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced construction professionals with strong project management expertise, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to manage construction projects effectively as the main contractor, oversee construction activities, coordinate teams and subcontractors, ensure quality and safety standards, control budgets and schedules, and deliver projects successfully within a dynamic construction environment.

Project Planning and Scheduling – You will develop comprehensive construction project plans that define scope, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones for major construction projects. You will create detailed schedules using project management software, identify critical path activities, coordinate with design teams, and communicate plans clearly to all project stakeholders and team members.

Overall Project Management and Delivery – You will manage construction projects from conception through completion as the main contractor by coordinating all construction activities, ensuring project delivery on schedule and within budget, and meeting quality and safety requirements. You will take responsibility for overall project success, manage project risks, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Site Management and Operations – You will oversee daily site operations by supervising construction activities, maintaining site organization, coordinating material deliveries, and managing site facilities. You will ensure efficient site operations, maintain site safety, enforce site policies, and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
