Role Overview – CORE Constructions is hiring a Construction Manager in Riyadh. This position is ideal for experienced construction professionals with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering who can provide overall management and supervision of fit-out and finishing construction activities while leading site teams, ensuring project delivery, and maintaining quality, cost control, and HSE compliance.

Construction Management and Supervision – You will provide overall management and supervision of fit-out and finishing construction activities by overseeing all site operations, directing construction execution, ensuring work quality, monitoring progress, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered according to specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Team Leadership – You will lead site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers by providing direction, coordinating activities, assigning responsibilities, motivating performance, resolving conflicts, and creating collaborative environments that drive successful project delivery.

Work Coordination – You will coordinate architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and finishing works to ensure smooth execution. Effective coordination involves sequencing trades, resolving interface issues, preventing conflicts, and ensuring all construction disciplines work together seamlessly.

Project Compliance – You will ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules by enforcing quality standards, verifying conformance to design documents, maintaining construction specifications, and ensuring work meets contractual requirements.

Progress and Quality Monitoring – You will monitor progress, quality, cost control, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance on site by tracking schedules, inspecting work quality, controlling budgets, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring construction meets all performance and compliance standards.

Stakeholder Liaison – You will liaise with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders by maintaining communication, coordinating approvals, resolving issues, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment across all parties involved in project delivery.

Project Planning and Resource Allocation – You will manage project planning, sequencing, and resource allocation by developing construction schedules, planning work sequences, allocating labor and equipment, coordinating material deliveries, and optimizing resource utilization for efficient project execution.

Risk Management and Issue Resolution – You will identify risks, resolve site issues, and drive timely project completion by anticipating challenges, implementing mitigation strategies, troubleshooting problems, making decisive interventions, and ensuring projects overcome obstacles to finish on schedule.
