About the Role:

UNEC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to join our team. This is a leadership role for a professional with extensive experience in managing construction projects, particularly villas and high-rise buildings. Key Responsibilities:

As the Construction Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations. Your primary duties will include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Additionally, you will resolve any issues that arise during construction and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on villas and high-rise buildings, is required. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and UAE building regulations is essential.
