Job Description / Role

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all construction activities on the site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Provide leadership and direction to the construction team.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in the UAE, with a focus on building construction and group villa projects.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software and construction-related tools.
